I'm Denis Joseph and I built DJ Property Team to be the best in the business of representing clients in their real estate transactions here in Cincinnati, OH.

My approach to practicing real estate is different by design, making me particularly well suited to be an advisor in challenging situations or difficult market environments. At the end of the day, I have only one goal which is to develop strong and enduring relationships with my clients. Their needs and objectives drive me and together we find success in a constantly changing real estate market.

Professional & Educational Background

My career in the real estate investment and brokerage businesses started in 2004 (although I grew up in this business). Until 2004, I was Senior Vice President of a large global investment fund. Prior to that, I was an executive at Humana and Towers Perrin. I started my career at a leading management consultancy, Booz Allen Hamilton. I received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.

Family

A few words on my amazing family! My wife, Diana, is an accomplished engineer and businesswoman. We met while both of us worked in New York City but she is a native Cincinnatian. (I guess you could say, I fell in love with the woman and her hometown!) We have four kids, although having triplets helped us get to that number pretty fast!
